As Business Development Manager you will be acting as the link between franchisees and Head Office offering sales support and ensuringthey are operating in the appropriate manner.PACKAGE: Basic salary of £49400 plus ote, car allowance and excellent benefits.COMPANY: My client is a highly recognised and established market leader in the kitchen make over / refurbishment industry with a network of c.100 franchisees across the UK. The Company is multi-award winning, highly respected within the franchisee industry.The company is a values-guided world-leader of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customers homes and businesses.THE JOB: As a Business Development Manager, you will be acting as the link between franchisees and Head Office to ensure all they are operating their businesses in the appropriate manner. The main duties include supporting the continued growth and businessdevelopment of both franchisee and the franchise network, working alongside other a team of BDMs assisting in the day-to-day business development and management of the franchisee. Including monitoring KPIs and reports and ensuring timely and accurate submissionof reports and information to the wider business. Key features of the role include; managing, supporting, motivating and coaching the Franchisees within your area.AREA: This is a field based role managing c15-20 franchise branches between the West Midlands and South Manchester.PERSON: We are looking for a consummate business professional with strong sales and business development skills together with good analytical and marketing skills. You would ideally have a background in Kitchens or other relatable home improvement productsold to the domestic market.
