Job Description

As a Brazilian Portuguese Language Customer Service Advisor on our twilights shift, you will join an established and supportive team.Our Brazilian Portuguese Team is expanding and we have a fantastic opportunity to work a new twilight shift pattern.The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 days off. For the first 6 weeks successful applicants should be available to work any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 before joining the Twilights teamwhere your training and development will continue to ensure you succeed in your bet365 career. A typical shift will be working from 13:30-01:00.The position involves speaking with our customers providing help, support and guidance with their general day-to-day enquiries and complaints via Live Chat, email and telephone call.In return, we offer a competitive salary, fantastic holiday entitlement, a rewarding bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits.This position is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working from home policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Main Responsibilities:

  • Using Brazilian Portuguese to communicate efficiently with our customers.
  • Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers queries.
  • Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
  • Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
  • Promoting safer gambling.
  • Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good people skills.
  • Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Solution oriented.
  • Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
