Job Description

As a Brazilian Portuguese Customer Service Advisor on our Night shift, you will join our large customer orientated team.Our Customer Service Nights team is expanding and we are looking for individuals who can support our customer queries.For the first six weeks, successful applicants should be available to work any five days from seven between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 before joining the Nights team where your training and development will continue to ensure you succeed in your bet365career. A typical shift for this position is 18:00-05:30 working Monday through to Sunday for seven nights followed by seven nights off.The starting salary for this position is £30,888 per annum increasing to £32,110 upon successful completion of training.We offer an amazing holiday package, generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits.This position is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good people skills.
  • Fluent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to translate between English and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and solution orientation.
  • Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicating effectively with our customers in Brazilian Portuguese language.
  • Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers queries.
  • Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat, telephone and email.
  • Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
  • Investigating and escalating queries where necessary.
  • Promoting safer gambling.
  • Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
