We are currently looking for enthusiastic registered nurses to work in our temporary staffing team supporting Continuing Health Care Assessments as part of Covid -19 Restoration and Recovery work. The roles includes both 3-6 month fixed term contracts and bank nursing opportunities. The post will be home based so you will need internet access and be competent in use of digital systems in clinical practice.The role The successful candidates will provide specialist nursing assessment, review and case management of individuals in various settings including care homes, specialist placements, supported living and individuals within their own homes; in line with the National Framework NHS Continuing Healthcare and the determination of the Funded Nursing Care (FNC).You will work closely with all partners as part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes health, social care and independent providers in all aspects of clinical commissioning. In addition you will provide robust clinical advice in relation to NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC). The role also includes provision of assurance around quality of commissioned care packages, responding to and reporting safeguarding concerns in accordance with agreed interagency reporting procedures.We have opportunities across the whole of our geography including Lancashire and South Cumbria, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Derby and Derbyshire, Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.So if you fit the bill and think this could be for you please apply via NHS jobs.
