You will help to implement secure LAN, WAN, and VoIP policies and procedures. Youll have the autonomy to support global teams so ideally youll have a problem solving mentality and eagerness to find out new information and technical concepts.   • Help to define and manage the overall infrastructure (Data and VoIP)
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of LAN, WAN, and VoIP policies and procedures along with manage network security
  • Manage and control Cloud tooling (Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki)
  • Provide Technical Support to teams in the UK and India
  • Essential Qualifications - 3rd Line Support Engineer
  • Strong and well-rounded Technical Support expeirence within a busy service desk
  • Autonomy and ability to manage IT/Technical issues with little direction
  • Previous experience of Networking (LAN/WAN/VoIP)
  • Previous exposure to Cloud Management tools such as AWS, Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki
  • Previous IT or Technical project experience would be a benefit
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience of working with off-shore teams in India would be a huge plus
  • Ability to undertake regular travel to India once restrictions are lifted (10 days every 3-6 months)
  • 3rd line support engineer / Technical Support Engineer / IT Manager / IT Support Engineer
