Job Description

Role: 3rd Line SupportLocation: Stoke-On-TrentSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 - D.O.ESector: Manufacturing / Supply ChainIm sure every job advert you read is a "great opportunity" with a "leading company".   • Small, friendly and close-knit internal IT Team (sub 20 heads), split over infrastructure, ERP, bespoke systems
  • Organic approach to learning and development
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients / customers and become their go-to guy (or girl) for IT support
  • Large focus on project work, currently in patch management / firewall management
  • High Level management of overall estate
  • Very technical role - at 2nd line you will have the opportunity to support, build and implement solutions for customers
