Sales Negotiator Stocksbridge Salary up tp £25,000 DOE + commissionDriving Licence ESSENTIAL!Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4:30pmAre you passionate about the property market in PenistoneMy client, an established independant agency in Penistone are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their passionate team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets, youll be at the forefrontof helping both vendors and prospective buyers navigate the property market.Sales Negotiator Duties:• Advertising properties for sale - collating and preparing advertising for internet and social media.• Registering both vendors and applicants.• Collating information about each property and arranging for photographs to be taken and general administration.• Lead chasing - following up Market Appraisals, and viewings, providing feedback and being able to communicate feedback to all parties.• Contacting vendors and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.• Negotiating offers with both vendors and purchasers and seeing transactions through to completion in line with required Estate Agency procedures• Monitoring of sales - as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents• AML - Regulations and ID checks.The Person:• Previous experience in property sales is essential.• Highly motivated, and driven by a passion for sales.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to connect with clients.• Outstanding organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Required skills
