We are recruiting for a FemaleSupport Workerto join our team in the Sheffield. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of£14.17 per hour waking days, and£14.70 per hour waking night.We offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries. We have a reputation for taking on the more complex cases, and constantly strive to provide the most efficientand effective service possible.Ultimately our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life.The Role:We are recruiting for a Female Support Worker to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living in her own home. The client is a wheelchair user and communicates via low tech and gestures, she is able to expressher wishes and preferences to those who know her well.The client enjoys shopping, bowling, and watching various films.What you can expect to be doing as our FemaleSupport Worker:The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, social and recreational activities, and empowering her to be as independent as possible.Flexible support required 2-1 care 24/7. The package will include 24/7 care during holidays and weekends.What we are looking for in our FemaleSupport Worker:

We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualized support
Previous care experience with young adults is preferred
Staff must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client such as hydrotherapy, and outdoor pursuits
The client requires full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care
Driver with full UK License essential.
