Immediate start Whats in it for you

  • Salary up to £23,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (one late shift, 11am - 7pm) - Only one weekend per month (9am - 1pm)

We are looking for customer service driven Customer Service Advisors to join our rapidly growing team based in Stocksbridge. You will be working for a truly innovative and values driven business with a proven track record of supporting and developingits staff. This is a great opportunity for anyone who may be looking to kickstart their career in the property industry as a Customer Service Advisor.Read below to hear about your new role:My client is based in Stocksbridge and is looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their expanding team. They provide reliable and professional management and lettings service throughout Bradford and Sheffield.My client is looking for Customer Service Advisors who are is resilient, outgoing, and confident. They are looking for someone who is a fast learner who is ready to take on a new challenge.What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor
  • Managing a property portfolio of around 200 properties
  • Being the first point of contact for the properties in your portfolio
  • Dealing with a mixture of phone, email, and face to face-based queries
What is expected from you as a Customer Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to integrate into and work as a team.
  • Delivering an exceptional service to all properties
