We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Delivery Lead to join our team.This role is remote/hybrid workingyou can work anywhere in the UK. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.What youll be doing as our Technical Delivery Lead:As ourTechnical Delivery Lead,you will workclosely with Product Owners, Project Managers and other stakeholders in order to establish a clear direction for the team with a focus on quality and iterative delivery.You will promote a positive and energetic mindset with a focus on accountability and ownership for delivery.About CDL:CDL is one of the UKs leading insurance software houses, employing over 600 people at its campus in Stockport. • Prior experience with running Agile squads
• Had 3+ years hands on experience in a technical team in a previous career in one of the following disciplines Analysis, Automated Testing, Development or Operations
• A passion for leadership and getting the most from their squad
• Prior experience with managing the performance of their direct reports
• Understands technical detail and ability to translate that to non-technical audiences
• A clear communicator who is able to influence different audiences
• A capable listener who is able to coach to resolution
• Has examples of resolving conflict through effective listening and communication
• Has led by example previously to obtain team buy-in

Beneficial or areas for learning:

• A strong understanding of the benefits of Test Driven Engineering, Behavioural Driven Engineering and integrating the work continuously
• Has worked with teams working with cloud solutions, whether that be in AWS or Azure
• First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
• Kanban training/certification
• AWS Practitioner Certification
