As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.Position Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with outstanding service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all client inquiries are handled promptly, efficiently,and with the utmost professionalism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our clients experience with our firm.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their legal matters, including case updates, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Assist clients with navigating our firms services and processes, ensuring they receive the assistance and guidance they need.
  • Collaborate with lawyers and other team members to address client concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in our CRM system.
  • Continuously strive to improve the client experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing proactive solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
