Job Description

Customer Renewals Advisor £21,000 - £22,500 basic plus monthly bonus31st March start date Stockport, Cheshire We are looking for someone who is ready to start their forever career. This is a fantastic role that unlock many doors for anyone who is ambitious, committed and career driven where you will be given unlimited opportunities to succeed and progress withinthe business.Working within our thriving and busy renewals department, you will be joining a highly performing team who are experts in what they do! you will spend your day building rapport and relationships with existing customers delivering an outstanding level ofservice, involving in depth conversations regarding renewals, amending direct debit details, renewing customer accounts and objection handling, where you will be rewarded with monthly bonus and generous commission scheme based upon your client retention.We also understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and with that, comes a balanced work life routine - we will give you the facilities to be able to enjoy your role within the comfort of your home three days per week to maintain your mentaland physical well-being.Benefits package -

What do you need to apply

  • Previous telephone or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
