Job Description

Commercial Gas Engineer - East CheshireUp to £40000 + Van + Bonus + BenefitsEstablished as a leading provider of Building Services across the North West, our client are currently looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to a mixture of health care, hospitality and education.To apply the Commercial Gas Engineer will need the following:

  • Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
  • Additional commercial qualifications such as beneficial (in particular COMCAT)
  • 2 years post qualification experience with a strong understanding of commercial building maintenance
  • Full driving license
Key duties for the Commercial Gas Engineer will include
  • Delivering service and maintenance across commercial sites across the North West
  • Some reactive maintenance will be required (including some plumbing) mainly on education sites
  • Identify faults and install both minor and boiler replacements
  • Provide professional guidance on refurb sites for new installations
The Qualified Commercial Gas Engineer will work to a 40 hour work with a company van, bonus and overtime (1 ½ Saturday & x 2 Sunday).
