Behaviour Support Assistant | StockportAre you an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs such as Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Have you worked with children with challenging behaviour and want to utiliseyour understanding to engage students in education in a positive way.This challenging but rewarding Behaviour Support Assistant position is available for a full time role starting immediately in a mainstream secondary school in Stockport. It will initially be for 1 term and may continue longer. It is the perfect opportunityto join a supportive staff team in a relatively new and expanding school for students with a range of SEN such as Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.This Behaviour Support Assistant position is ideal for a dynamic individual to utilise their knowledge of supporting young people with SEBD and challenging behaviour in a new and exciting school setting. You will be required to work with groups of studentsacross subjects alongside a supportive and thriving team. There is also the opportunity for further development as you will be given the chance to lead your own extra-curricular project with small groups.
