Job Description

Technical Account ManagerStirling £25,000 - £35,000Company OutlineCobalt is delighted to be working closely with a global leader of a bespoke high-performance software solution. Our client employs over 6,000 specialists across 35+ offices throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East & Australia, and services in over70 countries.Since our clients formation, they have set a first-class standard for real estate software solutions with a combination of compassion and technical innovation. They understand the unique needs of the industrys various segments and have the technical expertiseand vision necessary to translate that understanding into powerful solutions that meet and exceed those needs.Role Responsibilities

  • Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clients
  • Identification of the cause of queries received
  • Provide an in-depth and consultative management approach with regards to resolution plans for clients when receiving queries
  • Understand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internally
  • Supporting clients closely on the status of their queries
  • Maintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficiently
  • Escalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to Management
Role Requirements
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting reporting is a must-have
  • Experience in the Real Estate market is desirable
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client-facing role
  • Exposure to working / sound knowledge of property management systems
