Job Description

Regional TrainerStirling & GlenrothesWorking Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmSalary - £24,000 per annumAn amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team of highly committed Trainers, during this exciting time of rapid growth and expansion within our Domiciliary Care business, City and County Healthcare Group.We are on the look-out for a highly energetic Trainer that has a good understanding of the Care industry. You will be a good team player that can think outside of the box, and can deliver high quality training at all times. Apply now! and become an integralTrainer within our ever expanding, highly motivated team.Ideally you will have the PETTLES qualification, MPS Train the Trainer qualification along with other relevant qualifications to really hit the ground running in this highly skilled role.As a Regional Trainer your role will involve:

  • Co-ordinating Care Worker Training
  • Delivering Care Worker Training
  • Assessing Trainee learning
  • Maintaining complete and accurate training records
  • Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date
  • Working with the policy team to develop standard training programmes in line with current best practice
  • Agreeing and achieving targets for training
