Job Description

Office Administrator (Part-time)Based in Stirling£14 - £15 per hour + holiday payReed Business Support are pleased to be working with an international business based in Stirling who are looking to recruit a Part-Time Office Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis. Working within a small but welcoming office, the successful candidate willbe responsible for a host of administrative duties. This is a perfect role for someone looking to get into long-term work with a vibrant employer.

  • 3 days per week (Friday must be worked, flexibility on other 2 days)
  • Immediate start
  • Office based
Key responsibilities:
  • Administer the running of the Stirling Office
  • Liaise with building management
  • Deal with the cleaning company, handyman and other contractors
  • Arrange the service of equipment as required
  • Open the post and scan to the different parties
  • Arrange couriers
  • Book meeting rooms, look after visitors and arrange lunches
  • Set reminders for meetings
  • Welcome guest and visitors
  • Organise travel arrangements, nationally and internationally
  • Run errands
  • Copy typing memos/reports and proof reading.
  • Managethe office, including opening and closing the office
  • Processaccounts and payments
  • Administration and general office duties
  • Manage contracts with office vendors and services as well as ensuring that the office is well stocked with stationary, refreshments etc. Carry out H&S inductions for new staff.
  • Liaisewithfleet team to ensure all company vehicles are taxed insured and maintained.
  • Update report with vehicle mileage logs.
Person Specifications:
  • Strong experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
