We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice who is interested in working in Financial Services and wishes to pursue a career in Human Resources (HR) Services. " The HR Services Team support the day-to-day HR needs of over 6,500 M&G colleagues across the globe." The team ensures policies and processes are applied in a consistent, fair and professional manner and applies specialist knowledge, advice and guidance, sharingbest practice across the organisation. They also help support and educate colleagues across HR and the wider business by helping them work within a self-service model and to get the best from our two HR systems, Workday and the People Hub. The HR Administration Apprentice will work closely with the HR Colleague Services and Governance team which includes HR Risk, Onboarding and HR Services.
