Job Description

The OpportunityDue to continued growth and transformation of our services as we strive for excellence, our Operational Change and IT team are now looking for a Head of Operational Governance & Change Control to join us on this exciting journey. This is a critical strategicrole that will lead the development of innovative solutions for internal and client facing governance.You would be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving ways of working, operating within a highly complex and regulated environment to ensure governance quality and reporting, and drive effective change control.This role will be based out of our Stirling office, but is flexible to remote working with expectation to travel to offices when required.Youll be:

  • Leading a specialised team to ensure appropriate operational governance and change control is effective.
  • Developing and monitoring the forward view change plans with an operational lens, considering impacts across business operations, change teams, third-party suppliers, and our client.
  • Responsible for facilitation of clear and auditable content, complying with regulatory, and formal client governance standards.
  • Developing and evolving the change delivery framework, including a quality assurance model to drive effective change delivery.
  • Working with operational colleagues to ensure optimal change entry processes, impact assessments and identifying areas of change contention.
You should apply if you have:
  • Background as a senior leader in a Business or Operational PMO or Change capacity.
  • Experience leading teams advocating for change control.
  • Ability to impact assess business changes and identify contention.
  • Expertise in how to deliver good quality, operationally supported plans.
  • Ability to liaise and influence people at all levels internally and externally.
