Job Description

The OpportunityWith our company going through exponential growth throughout 2024, we are looking to grow our Operational Change function to help deliver our Change Plan. As such, we are looking for an Business Readiness Manager to manage the delivery of operational change,ensuring the effective management of readiness activities required to successfully implement all operational change. You would be responsible for managing the impact of change, including progress reporting and monitoring risks as required.Youll be:

  • Managing the interface between the Change Department, client, parent company, voice operations and back office functions to ensure the successful implementation of operational change.
  • Managing the PCO and estimation process to deliver within timeframes and implement using the Readiness Delivery process.
  • Supporting the Programme and Project Managers to develop the required plans for each project, ensuring successful delivery within regulatory standards and change framework.
  • Leading and coaching your team of Subject Matter Experts in their readiness activity, change processes, change strategy and personal development.
  • Managing risk logs (RAIDs) and project documentation to exceed minimum requirements and protect Service Levels.
You should apply if you have:
  • Experience of running complex programmes and projects within a regulated industry environment.
  • Demonstrable management skills including a good understanding of the Operational Readiness process.
  • Good business orientation with the ability to assess stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to absorb new technologies and applications to apply to daily activities.
