Job Description

Contract Scotland has an urgent opportunity for a Cost Controller to join our client based in the Stepps area of Glasgow. This is a full time permanent position offering a good salary and the chance to develop your career in a finance based job. You will be working as part of a busy Finance team where your main duties will include:

  • Inputting weekly plant information into various systems including IFS/Oracle and Excel
  • Reviewing purchase order status report with site teams for missing tickets
  • Producing and distributing weekly cost report
  • Dealing with any invoice queries, liaising with key stakeholders to resolve
  • Carrying out associate administration tasks as required.
You must have some administration experience ideally from within a finance team. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work accurately and within agreed timescales. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
