Our clients are seeking an experienced candidate to be based front of house and be responsible for this busy Reception area. You will have previous client care experience and enjoy working in a standalone role.First point of contact for all visitors and callsAnswer busy switchboardTraining staff on reception duties and switchboardMeet and greet and maintain visitors bookMaintain HR staff attendance formProvide admin back up and overflow typingResponsible for all company stationery orders and negotiate best ratesEnsure maintenance contacts are up to date and call if neededLook after meeting and board roomsAllocate visitor parking and maintain coffee machines for meeting rooms and visitorsWe are currently experiencing a high number of applications and cvs. Please assume if you do not hear from us within 72 hours that you are not through to the next phase of this application process.
