Job Description

Ready to find the right role for youLocation: Stafford, ST16 3EHSalary: £19,760.00 plus Veolia benefitsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:00 - 15:30We live in a world that needs to take care of its resources, and our mission at Veolia is to Resource the World. We have a great opportunity for an Operative to join the team.This is a permanent position for Veolia but you will be based at our clients site in Stafford. They are a leading global adhesive specialist in industrial manufacturing, construction and consumer markets.FLT training will be provided if required.Interviews will be in January 2023What will you be doing

  • To manage the daily waste arising at the waste compound.
  • Collect waste from designated areas on site as required, obey current site traffic rules & site speed limit.
  • Operate all plant and equipment (e.g.FLT, baler) in accordance with manufacturers operating procedure.
  • Store waste correctly to ensure proper and safe segregation. Inspect log & list regular waste streams.
  • Work closely with Veolia supervisor and our clients personnel to ensure that the client is provided with an efficient and cost effective integrated waste management service.
