Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our busy warehouses in STAFFORD ST16 1GY as a full time Warehouse Operative! IMMEDIATE START - Site Inductions 4 times a week so you can start as soon as tomorrow!40 hours weekly pay (PAID BREAK)Shifts and hours:You will be working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts weekly from 06:00am until 14:00pm and 14:00pm until 22:00pm.Pay rates as a full time Warehouse Operative:

  • Standard basic rate: £10.34 per hour
  • Overtime basic rate: £15.50 per hour
GUARANTEED PREMIUMS paid on top of basic and overtime rates on hours worked:
  • 20:00pm-06:00am: + £2.44 per hour
  • Saturday: + £1.95 per hour
  • Sunday: + £4.88 per hour

  • Main department: Picking manually to trolleys / totes (electronic rtd device)
Other departments:
  • Picking on LLOP to cages (electronic rdt device)
  • Goods in - loading and unloading pallets and cages
  • Goods in - waste management
