Our client, a leading motor group are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their business based out of their Audi dealership in Stafford.The client is a family-owned business, which is the main reason for their success. In addition, a company pension scheme, health and wellbeing programmes, cycle to work scheme, annual flu jab, discounts on products and services plus more.About the role of Vehicle Technician* Completing MOTs on customer vehicles (if you have an MOT licence)* Completing major and minor repairs* Fault finding and fault diagnosis of cars* Using diagnostic tools to find faults and repair as necessary* Replacing parts and completing work where required* Working with other centre areas (Service, Parts, etc) and keeping all informed* Meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets* Conducting road tests with customers* Light and full-service workTo be a Vehicle Technician* Experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer environment (ideally)* Independent experience will be considered* Hold a valid NVQ level 3 (Minimum)* Have worked previously to efficiency & productivity targets* Take great care and pride in your work giving no return visits for customers* Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop furtherWhats NextIf youre a Vehicle Technician, looking for realistic career progression within a business that promotes positive change and development, then this is the role for you.
