Job Description

Our client are a leading Global Manufacturing business with year on year growth, with new offices in Stafford. Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

In this role you will - Implement and follow up global process across UK. Coordinate Stock reconciliation and controls within UK environment Support and manage transactional activities within UK warehouses bothlocations Manage the claims & invoice queries process. (VDOCS). Manage the investigation process Measure activity and performance of SLOBS, and stock disposal process. Implement and follow up action plan for continuous improvement. Support in the input & administration for imports & export deliveries. Support the Logistic manager with the selection and setup of new haulier suppliers Work with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to determine best in class customer experience & order fulfilment. Support UK Logistics manager in the compliance of Transportation of Dangerous Goods, and haulier onsite compliance. Non Performing Stocks NPS manages the disposal process. CHEP Pallets: responsible for reconciliation activities Consignment Warehouse: responsible for reconciliation activitiesincluding quarterly stock takes onsite Accountable for the creation and management of weekly & monthly reports to support business projects & initiatives Manage the PR/PO process for UK Supply Chain Support the business in providing & coordinating cost saving projects data Support in the validation of haulier & 3PL invoices and dataThe ideal person for this role would be :
