SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST BAND 7LEAD FOR PRE SCHOOL CHILDREN, SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY SERVICEWe are looking to recruit an experiencedSpeech and Language Therapist who has proven clinical skills and enthusiasm for working with pre school children.This is a Senior Specialist post requiring the post holder to lead the Speech and Language Therapy service delivery to pre school children. This highly specialised clinician will be required to coordinate, innovate, advise and further develop this area of service to children, their families and Early Years Educators across Stafford, Cannock, Rugeley, Codsall and Wombourne.The post holder will be required to furtherdevelop their leadership skills to support and enhance skills and competencies of Speech and Language Therapists working in this area. Opportunities will also be available to develop skills in working strategically with the three Speech and Language Therapy Team Leaders in Staffordshire.Midlands Partnership NHSFoundation Trustencouragesstaff tohave acan do attitude to their work.
