The post holder will be a senior health analyst within the Directorate of Strategy, Planning and Performance for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Clinical Commissioning Groups (“the CCGs”). Your role will be to work with the Population Health Management programme lead and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the Population Health Management Development Programme. A key part of the role will be to work with key local stakeholders in the area to understand their health needs and provide expertise in the fields of epidemiological data and modelling, health needs assessment, analysis of health data and reviewing health literature.The main duties of the post are:
