This office based position requiresprevious experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role, undertaking payroll processing for multi payrolls across a varied portfolio of clients, therefore a accountancy bureau background would be advantageous - my client will also considerexperience within other industries.Key Benefits/Rewards On Offer:Salary to c £34K!23 days Hols + Birthday off!PensionCIPP Funded Training available!ParkingYour New Role As Senior Payroll Executive:You will be working as part of small and friendly payroll team, providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Superpay payroll systems, being instrumental in the efficient running of the payroll function on behalfof your clients.Day To Day Duties:Full end to end payroll processing. Involved in processing and dealing with up to 600 employees over c 50+ clients for both weekly and monthly payrolls - ideally experience of Superpay payroll systems (training can be provided)Dealing with BACS paymentsSetting up of auto enrolment pension schemes, PAYE schemesWorking as part of a small team, dealing with RTI, HMRC queries on behalf of clientsDealing with employee queriesSetting up of new payroll clientsProcessing of P45/P46s, P60s and SSP/SMP, NICExperience & Qualifications Required To Apply:The successful candidate should ideally possess payroll bureau experience in similar role capable of providing a high level of attention to detail. In addition, should be a team player and be able to work on their own initiative. You will be joining a busyand fast paced team and will need to possess strong time management and good organisational skills and be used to working to deadlines daily.
