Job Description

PMO AnalystLocation | Workplace policy: Remote first with 4 days travel to Stafford (occasional travel to Torque and Devon- Expenses covered)Salary: Up to £55,000 + Pension, Generous Holidays, Wellbeing Services, Volunteering Scheme, Perkbox Platform + moreOur client is an exciting UK-based multi-disciplinary company on the rise that is on a mission to disrupt the industry through solutions that optimise business workflow and productivity.Now at a crossroads with several companies now acquired under their umbrella, theyre looking for an experienced PMO analyst to assist in the delivery and tracking of projects.Organisation, project management and budgeting skills will be paramount to success in this role with the ideal applicant being able to juggle these responsibilities alongside:

  • Project planning
  • Evaluating process framework and structured Project Management Methodologies
  • Change control
  • Dependency management
  • Programme assurance
  • Management Information Reporting
  • Coaching
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Programme Management processes and control analysis
+ much more. All together its a great and creatively exciting analytical role that will see you communicating with stakeholders at all areas and pushing forward the brand into the future.Key skills were looking for:
  • Exemplary budget tracking and process reports
  • Experience of MS Office and Project
  • Familiar with RAID principles
  • Comfortable deliver accurate project plans alongside project managers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Past experiences creating summary reports
