Company Details and Job Overview:Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent this friendly, medium size professional firm in the Stafford area who now due to continued expansion are seeking to appoint a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team This position requires previousexperience within a similar end to end payroll processing role, undertaking payroll processing for multi payrolls across a varied portfolio of clients, therefore a bureau/accountancy practice background would be advantageous, however my client will considerother industry payroll roles! This role is office based .Key Benefits/Rewards On Offer:Salary to c£26K 23 days Hols + Birthday off!PensionParking CIPP training available!Your New Role As Senior Payroll Administrator:You will be working as part of small and friendly payroll team, providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Superpay payroll systems, being instrumental in the efficient running of the payroll function on behalfof your clients.Day To Day Duties:Full end to end payroll processing dealing with up to 600 employees over 50+ clients on a weekly/monthly basis- with ideally experience of Superpay payroll systems (training can be provided)Dealing with BACS payments for clientsSetting up of auto enrolment pension schemes, PAYE schemesDealing with client payrolls and working as a teamRTI, HMRC queries on behalf of clientsDealing with employee queriesSetting up of new payroll clientsProcessing of P45/P46s, P60s, SSP/SMP, NICExperience & Qualifications Required To Apply:The successful candidate should ideally possess payroll bureau experience in similar role and a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work on their own initiative.
