Outbound Customer Service RepresentativeMonday - Friday 9am till 1pm £11.00 Per hourOur client is a leading provider of mobility Equipment. Their head offices are based in Stafford and their business covers the Midlands with an online/ Tele sales department covering the entire UK.They are currently seeking to appoint an outbound customer service representative to join their team in Stafford, this individual will be contacting customers who have made enquiries or have concerns relating to their product/ purchase experience, answeringquestions about products or the company, asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.This individual should have a great telephone manner, friendly personality and a positive attitude, to provide the best service to Customers and best support to the team.Customer service and administration skills, a friendly personality, a can-do attitude and a calm and patient manner to be able to deal with customers of all ages, backgrounds and abilities is essential.Training will be given to the right candidate.
