Job Description

NPI Program CoordinatorUp to £26/hr - Inside IR35Stafford/Remote - Hybrid12 month initial contractAn NPI Program Coordinatoropportunity has become available for one of the worlds leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines.You will play an important role to support the business in delivering new technologies. 10 large programs running, with split offs from these.NPI team is made up of Program Managers and Program Coordinators. PCs support the PMs with the large projects but also deliver smaller projects.Duties include:

  • Coordinate with Program Managers in scheduling and support program control meetings & compression sessions.
  • Supports Program Managers in facilitating update meetings, maintains program level issues/action logs, risk registers, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, program cost tracking, and provides workshop planning, execution and follow-up assistance.
  • Provides recommendations to project team needed to increase accuracy of program and project schedules, provides guidance to team in understanding and following program and project management standard processes, and works daily with team members to emphasizethe importance of the program schedule to be successful in implementing on time, with in cost, and at the required quality targets.
  • Provides administrative planning and follow-up for program team, steering committee, and governance review meetings

  • Experience in programme coordination/program managing
  • Experience usingMS project
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Vlook upanalyzation of data
  • Degree in technical engineering/manufacturing preferred
  • Strong communication skills
