I am currently recruiting for an IT network architect to work in Staffordshire.This role is initially a 6 month contract position working on large scale Infrastructure refresh projects, and falls outside IR35. The successful candidate will be working within internal project teams delivering to low level designs, and will be expected to also be working directly with external suppliers and partners.Main Projects:Data Centre Network Upgrade, - moving from Cisco Nexus 7K environment to Cisco Nexus 9K (ACI Multi-Pod, APIC).Compute and Storage Upgrade - Cisco UCS and HyperflexMicrosoft Team Telephony - Moving from Cisco telephony solution (Call Manager and Contact Centre Express) to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.Cloud Connectivity - Azure ExpressRouteNetwork Monitoring and SIEM - Evaluating and implementing a replacement network monitoring tool (IDS, Raw Packet Capture and IDS).Essential Skills - Cisco CCNA minimum, preferable in switching and routingPreferential Experience:Cisco Data Centre Interconnect - OTV, VXLANCisco WAN - MPLS, BGP and SD_WANCisco Telephony - Call Manager and Contact CentreVirtualisation - Cisco UCS and HyperflexNetwork Management - Cisco DNA, APIC, Prime, ISE and SNMPIf you are interested in this role, please contact Andy at Service Care Solutions on or email Required skills
