Job Description

Job descriptionWe are recruiting for Help Desk Operators for our client in Acton Gate nr. Stafford (ST18)Role Description

  • Handlingall incoming calls from the delivery crews for the large item delivery for Argos; Looking into order histories, checking out item issues, looking for directions and contact numbers. We cover all of the Uk, Scotland and Ireland.We also receivequeries from customer service which may involve contacting Depots and distribution centres.
  • Candidates need to be able to work Full time, any 5 days out of 7, Shifts 8 hours anywhere between 0600-1400 to 1300-2100 weekdays and 0600-1400 -1000-1800 on weekends, Breaks are a 30 min unpaid lunch break and two 15 min paid breaks .
  • Currently working every other weekend, and this is planned in advance on the rota. We also work most bank holidays and again this is planned on the rota.
  • The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour and it is 37.5 hours per week.
  • We have social distancing and Covid-19 controls still in place on site so candidates will need to wear a mask when moving around site.
  • Candidates need to be computer literate, basic Microsoft office skills are required i.e. filling in spreadsheets and navigating Internet explorer; They also need to have goodtelephone manner and preferably have customer service experience.
