Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Telesales Executive Location: StaffordSalary: £22k basic salary/ plus up to £10k OTEREF: J11126:WMSector: Design & Manufacturing Market leaders in screening and partitioning solutions, our client has almost half a century of experience working with huge brands across the UK and Europe, covering a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, aerospace, general manufacturing and more.Theyre now looking for self-motivated and driven graduates to perform the Telesales Executive role. Youll be joining a growing team and business that has ambitious plansallowing for excellent professional development and quickly!Graduate Telesales Executive Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £22,000
  • OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings up to £32,000

Graduate Telesales Executive Role:
  • Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the multiple markets they operate within, in order to educate prospects
  • Generate a constant flow of quality enquiries to be passed on to the sales team, from both existing and new customers
  • Perform daily systematic customer outreach, focusing on and targeting your allocated core sectors
  • Use company marketing and literature to spark interest and generate high quality sales opportunities, with the aim to create initial contact with key decision makers
  • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to feedback customer insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, making post project follow-up calls to ascertain new and up-sell opportunities
Graduate Telesales Executive Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Prior experience in a KPI-led sales role
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and an exemplary telephone manner
  • Proactive team player
  • Excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Attention to detail
