Front End DeveloperThe opportunityI am delighted to say that a client that I have worked with since I first joined Reed over 10 years ago, have asked me to help to recruit for their ever-expanding development team.When I first started working with this business, they had one floor of a shared office, but I could see they had clear plans for success. Today they have 2 separate multi floored offices in the UK, not to mention their Global expansion with offices in Germany,Asia and the USA.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where technology is vital in all they do and where innovation and new ideas are actively encouraged.As their front end developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, internal and external facing. Their tech stack allows them to use the most appropriate technology for the project while allowing them to use continuous deploymentand improvement processes to see projects through to deployment and beyond.They are working remotely but they would like you to be able to get to their Midlands office, ideally once a week (But this can be negotiated)Key duties as the Front End Developer are: Leading or taking part in the entire lifecycle of a project, from ideation to deployment and everything in between. Working alongside UX/UI designers to iterate and feedback on the design lifecycle. Feedback into the Design Ops process to improve our Design to Development handoff process. Building campaign landing pages. Running split tests. Browser compatibility tests. Ensuring the web design is optimised for smartphones and tablets. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.Essential skills/ experience needed as the Front End Developer include: Proven experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript Comfortable working with the full software delivery cycle Experience with front end frameworks like Tailwind, React JS etc The ability to build dynamic front end experiences using cross-browser technologiesSo if the idea of joining a Global company where despite massive success has not forgot its roots, a company where the directors still believe in knowing everyones first name and a company where your opinion counts.If you said yes to all of the above then apply with an up to date CV for immediate interview
