Job Description

Fire Safety Compliance & Project Manager Stafford (Hybrid working) Permanent, 37 hours per week £48,500Interviews will take place throughout the advertClosing date: 3 December 2021Start date: ImmediateWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fire Safety Compliance and Project Manager to join the members of our in-house Compliance team. This role will form part of the compliance team and will oversee the management & delivery of Fire Safety projects across the full HPG portfolio whilst controlling the identified risks during the project delivery periods. You will ensure that all programmedactivity meets the corporate strategy completion standards within the planned delivery dates and that the Groups buildings remain well maintained and our customers are safe in their homes.As part of our Compliance team, we want you to have:

    • NEBOSH General certificate (Fire) in H&S at work
    • Prince 2 certificate or similar
    • IOSH Managing Safely qualification (Desirable)
    • Professional membership of IFE/IFSM or similar (Desirable)
    • Extensive experience in project management with proven record of satisfactory delivery within a similar role
    • Proven knowledge of IT using MS Project or similar and MS Office.
