Job Description

National Sales Consultant£24k + Commission + Company vehicle + Fuel card and phone will be provided + Pension schemeOTE for first year £30,000 - £35,000Our client, with their Head Office based in Stafford, is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a desire to succeed in sales, and a passion to drive their brand forward. The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and the ability todeliver excellent customer service is paramount. The role involves demonstrating a range of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, stairlift, beds and chairs. There are practical demonstrations in the customers house and as such you need to be able to carry demonstration models of these products into the customershouse. They will supply you with qualified appointments, 2 per day Monday - Friday and they expect you to work at least every other Saturday. You must be willing to travel. When product fulfilment isnt fulfilled on the appointment, time must be found to facilitatethe product delivery and handover.They will supply you with a Van and a fuel card to cover your business mileage as well as company card for staying over if ever needed. The role involves a detailed questioning process that allows you to understand what the customers needs are, they will trainyou how to then demonstrate their products to match the customers needs. Dealing with the elderly you have to be patient and understanding, have empathy and be a great communicator.Requirements:Ideally, they are looking for someone with retail and sales experience, but their in-house training will equip you with all the tools and skills needed to be successful in the direct sales environment. Once qualified, they also offer on-going field based trainingto help you achieve your goals.What they expect:To make the most of every single genuine sales enquiry received.To ensure the product sold to their customers and the supporting information is to the highest standard.To achieve levels of customer service at all stages of the process.To take appropriate opportunities to up-sell and switch-sell to preferred products.Interact with their customers in mostly face to face meetings.Demonstrate a total commitment to customer service.Its your goal to ensure they exceed all customers expectations.Essential:Knowledge/experience.
