This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in data with creativity and online personas at the heart of what we do.The EMEA Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving omnichannel online presence, defining digital marketing strategies and increasing online customer satisfaction. You will be data driven with creativity and online personas at the heart of what you do. A strategic thinker with hands on experience of Launching E-commerce and Driving SEO, SEM, SEA, PPC, Affiliate marketing with a strong understanding of UX, IA, UCD, UXD, IXD and similar creative variations. Excellence in cross-functional and cross-country collaboration.In the role of a Digital Marketing Manager you will:* Own EMEA website performance and launch initiatives that optimise conversion rates - test marketing messages, product descriptions, calls to action, page layouts, page designs, forms, etc.* Own Digital Marketing KPIs for EMEA and work with your team/ country digital teams to come up with creative and comprehensive ways to optimise current processes, create more effective and efficient digital strategies, and drive excellence across all digital touch points and campaigns.* Analyse social media and site traffic for trends, use patterns to identify and quantify customer/visitor behaviour and make recommendations to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates by manipulating layout, content, CTAs, page flow, ad copy, etc.* Drive the implementation of Commerce platforms and full-funnel digital initiatives, and create/optimise processes to help achieve online sales goals.* Provide necessary insights to Content, Product, Regional, and Marketing teams and make recommendations on the improvement/ modification of campaigns and initiatives to enhance online Customer engagement and Brand presence.What kind of person are we looking forFirst and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working.
