Job Description

Business Development Sales Executive - Temp to Perm Contract Location: Garshall Green, Stafford ST18 Hours of work: 9.00am5.00pmMonFriSalary: £15.38phPermanent salary £30,000 + OTE £50,000 - £60,000 SummaryOur client is a well-known family owned and run business with a base in Stafford. They are a passive fire protection company. They specialise in the supply and installation of fire doors. Fire Barriers. Penetration sealing. Due to growth and expansion, theyare recruiting for a new super star to join their team as a Business Development Sales Exec.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full understanding of passive fire protection industry and the market.
  • To cultivate relationships with new & existing clients through online portals, speculative calling, and field sales visits to achieve new business.
  • Experience in construction industry & construction sales environment crucial
What you will have
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in a similar field
  • GCSE or equivalent in Math and English
  • IT literateexperience using the Microsoft Office Package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a desire to go after the win and close sales and progress within the business.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to build rapport with all customers and stakeholders.
