Business AnalystLooking to drive digital and cloud-based transformation This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent Business Analyst to join a Microsoft Gold Partner organisation, committed to helping businesses realise their full potential through digital transformation. This is a remote opportunity, however at times you willbe required to travel to client sites.As a Business Analyst, you will be working to ensure that clients projects deliver on the business transformation that is captured during the project initiation. Youll also be working closely with stakeholders at all levels in organisations to achieve successfuladoption and business change and helping organisations reach their transformation objectives and goals.On a day-to-day basis, you will be communicating with customers to ensure that the business aspects of a project are fully understood, driving business-focused enhancements to the main transformational propositions and working with clients to understand theirbusiness objectives, processes and transformational requirements. Further activities and responsibilities are detailed below.For this role, you must hold or be able to successfully achieve and maintain NPPV3 with SC. An active Business Analyst certification such as IIBA, APMG or BCS is also essential. Further requirements are listed below.Salary for this position is between £30,000-£40,000 per annum, however there is room for movement on salary for the right candidate. DutiesHave solid commercial awareness to support growth in the business Take responsibility for information security applying it to ensure highest standards Engage with divisional plans, actively contribute and support achievement of company and divisional goals and objectivesTo execute a client delivery role as part of the delivery of company assignments, projects and programmesEnsuring that the solutions proposed will help the customer transform their organisation and provide measurable benefits Ensuring that the new solutions are actively built into revised business processes and then rolled out and adopted by end users To actively promote and deliver the people and business benefits within an organisationWorking within the Project Team and be focussed on supporting the overall objectives of the project Effectively communicating with customers, colleagues and third parties where required in order to ensure that the business aspects of a project are fully understood and embedded within the project delivery Actively driving business-focused enhancements to the main transformational propositions (Business, Digital and Cloud Transformation) and develop supporting documentation that can be used to drive additional value in future engagements Running customer workshops as required to gather or present information pursuant to the successful completion of the assignment/project/programmeUsing proven Business Analysis methodologies to support projects and engagement Defining and documenting detailed business requirements and user stories and work with Azure DevOps regularly Ability to work on Agile and Waterfall projects and adapt as needed to support Planning for and delivering people change with customers to deliver transformational change Identifying new opportunities within the customer environment and work with the Sales team to progress Essential CriteriaTo be successful in the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Must hold or be able to successfully achieve and maintain NPPV3 with SC Able to evidence excellent customer service skills Holds an active Business Analyst certification e.g. IIBA, APMG or BCS Proven 3-5 years experience working as a Business AnalystCompetent with Microsoft 365 SFIA As part of the screening process, the Skills Framework for the Information Age is used.
