Warehouse person - Trade sales / Kitchen Sales - c£24k OTE Uncapped + great benefits package.Looking for an experienced Warehouse person with a passion for giving great customer service for this high-profile blue-chip brand.This premium brand is looking for a strong, organised warehouse person to deliver against service and sales targets with the ambition to build a career within a company that is renowned as an excellent place to work. Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential, and full training will be given for the right candidate, however candidates must have a passion for service and exceeding customers expectations, with great attention to detail. The Role:Utilising your experience of selling you will have a passion for achieving the best for your customers. Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for taking high value orders, mistakes could be costly for the bottom line, you must be able to listen to your customers needs and place orders accordingly making sure that the final product is what hasinitially been sold.Customer management is key, as well as having the ability to see things through to completion, project managing the process and ensuring that the order is correct and that the customer leaves with a great customer journey. You must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-profile environment. You must have had experience working with finance, understanding the creation of the deal, building the contract, and following through to completion of the sale and delivery of the product. The Person:You must have a passion for selling and can succeed within a target related environment, where sales are rewarded with earning potential. Your main purpose is to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience from end to end, and you will achieve this by demonstrating passion about the product that you sell. You must be inspiring and engaging within your team dynamic to deliver the highest level of service whilst working in a fun, friendly, atmosphere.You will have warehouse, trade or retail experience in a high-profile environment but you will have the aspiration to want to grow your knowledge within your role to develop your personal skill set.You will have a focus to learn and keep up to date with product knowledge so that you can be fully informed when talking to your customers, and be aware of industry trends so that you can give a fully focused customer experience.
