Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manger Contract: Permanent Work pattern: Part time, 2 to 3 days a week (16 to 24 hours)Salary: £18,000 to £27,000 pro rata (£45,000 FTE)We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with bothcandidates and employees. What youll do
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Coach hiring managers into best practices of conducting interviews.
  • Support the development and maintenance of People strategy.
  • Support the development of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support in the drafting of job adverts and descriptions.
Who we need To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager, or has significant recruitment experience with an agency of inhouse.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about environmental issues.
  • People focused.
  • Time management skills, being able to manage your workload, plan and delegate is crucial.
  • Self-starter and problem solver.
  • Experience in the engineering sector is desirable.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques, that resonate with our values.
  • A strategic thinker
  • Knowledge of employment law.
