Are you an experienced Senior Design Engineer ready to deliver on your next big challengeAre you passionate about being the driving force behind huge environmental changeIn this role you will be solving emerging technical risks and delivering complex projects on time and to specification. You will be guiding the project team and regularly hosting design and milestone reviews with senior management and clients.You will be delivering technology from concept to technically feasible, commercially viable and sustainably designed solutionsHow do you know if you are the right person for this roleYou have a proven record of managing the technical delivery of projects.A 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design, or relevant equivalent.You are passionate about supporting the development of junior members of the team, with a desire to foster a collaborative working culture.You have experience with owning the product GA and key engineering documents.You have the ability to pitch ideas and present to clients and customers, both nationally and internationally.You are comfortable developing partnerships and are skilled at engaging stakeholders.You are experienced at designing, building, and testing system level functional prototypes, with a talent for processing and clearly communicating complex data sets.About Matter:Matter. is aMicroplasticstechnology company focused on the capture, harvest, and recycling of microplastic.
