Desktop Support Analyst (1st/2nd line) - £27,000+Bonus+BensBristol/HybridMy client are a leading Managed Service Provider with some of the countries top companies as their customers.Due to continued growth we are looking for a (Desktop Support Analyst (1st/2nd line) to join one of their customers who happens to be a leading Legal firm.As the new (Desktop Support Analyst (1st/2nd line) you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting all aspects of the firms desktop and application environment. You will be investigating and resolving any issues for the end users(approx. 300).On a daily basis the (Desktop Support Analyst (1st/2nd line) will be responsible for:
