Job Description

Are you looking for a new roleAshley Kate are delighted to be working with a global travel company, based in London as they look to recruit a Part Time, Talent Attraction Specialist.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional, looking for the next step in their career.If you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity the this could be the role for you.The salary for this role will be up to £43k FTE with a flexible working pattern.About the roleBuild strong relationships with key internal stakeholders Understand the Companys requirements to deliver and source the best talent into the business Support the Head of HR UK & Europe in the development and execution of both the short and long-term recruitment and staffing strategy Manage applications from companys careers page, job board postings and custom searches to ensure a pool of quality candidates for review by hiring managers Coach and develop line managers on all aspects of the recruitment process Implement creative talent acquisition initiatives including but not limited to, the development of networks and the promotion of and attendance at events such as career fairs Work effectively with colleges and universities, and external organisations promoting and managing school leavers and graduate programs, to ensure a continual pipeline of qualified talented candidates Guide and support leaders in the preparation of sourcing materials such as position descriptions, advertisements. Manage immigration activities necessary for the placement in speciality roles, as and when necessaryTalent Attraction Specialist - About youA graduate with the ability to demonstrate skills and broad experience in talent acquisition role/s Demonstrate high level of creativity and knowledge in candidate sourcing, candidate pipelines and developing and maintaining candidate pools Demonstrate in depth experience working with a corporate social media presence and managing relevant job boards to attract and source suitable candidates Demonstrated experience with establishing graduate programs and managing relationships with colleges and universities A proven track-record of delivering recruitment and hiring solutions to hiring managers Direct knowledge and experience in visa applications, and associated immigration practices and processesIf you are interested in this fantastic new role, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Darren Keeling
