This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly professional HR team in a new role that will blend your knowledge of HR operations and best practice together with the delivery of HR projects. This role will be critical in supporting the Director of Human Resources to deliver both existing and future projects within the HR Strategy.The successful post holder will also have a key role in supporting delivery of HR operational excellence across the School. They will work closely with the HR Advisor and 2 HR Co-ordinators to ensure day-to-day HR operational services are delivered efficiently, effectively, to a high standard and continue to meet the needs of the School.To succeed in this role, you will have strong HR advisory and project management experience, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application, analytical skills and excellent communication skills. You will have experience of engaging, guiding and supporting colleagues to gain successful outcomes and knowledge of promoting and sustaining diversity and inclusion within recruitment and retention strategies.Salary: £55-65k pa, dependent on qualifications and experience.
