Job Description

Nursing Solutions currently have vacancies beginning the end of March 2021 for a Morning Care Assistant in Nailsea and the surrounding area.Duties and responsibilities include:

Assist service users with personal care, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.

Perform housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and laundry.

Assisting service users with their medication needs.

Assist in the safe handling, transferring, re-positioning and movement of service users.

Providing a shopping and or cleaning service if needed by the service user. Spot checks on carers.

Work effectively with Service Users, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals, managers, and staff from Nursing solutions to deliver high quality homecare services

Attend training activities, appraisals, and development meetings.

Document and maintain accurate records of care provided

Be a team player, flexible with working hours, reliable, and able to work alternate weekends
