Covering the whole of Norfolk, we provide support opportunitiesin the home and in the community for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, young people in transition and those living with dementia.Please visit our website to find out more about us.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Manager to join our North Personal Assistant Service based in Sprowston, Norwich.This service provides excellent CQC Registered support tailored for adults with learning disabilities that is varied and flexible, across 7 days a week. Allowing individuals to develop skills to build confidence and encourage independently living as wellas accessing facilities in the local community.What does a Team Manager doA Team Manager will lead and direct a team of support workers delivering front line care and support to our customers, while being responsible for ensuring service levels are consistently excellent, and that new business is integrated into the service inaccordance with our high standards.Working with flexibility may require you to work early and late shifts throughout the week and weekends, as well as be part of an on-call rota, depending on the needs of the service.A copy of the full Job description is available on our website.Benefits and RecognitionIn return for your hard work and passion you will receive fair pay and have access to a wide range of rewards and benefits as one of our valued colleagues:
